ClearSpring is the PD Inc Cloud platform — analogous in concept to AWS GovCloud, but purpose-built for research, development, testing, evaluation, integration rehearsal, and secure capability delivery. DoW teams consume ClearSpring as SaaS offerings inside the DISA Capability Factory's authorized DoWIN-replica environment.
Mission velocity and RMF rigor often compete. ClearSpring is designed so both happen simultaneously — engineering work produces RMF evidence automatically through ACCIDENT, the tactical automation layer built into the platform.
